The Pendulum STA-61 marks a new generation of instruments allowing the user to test and analyze sync in various types of networks. This is a Sync Tester/Analyzer developed for Next Generation Networks (NGN), incorporating a mix of both traditional SDH/SONET core networks and IP-based backhaul networks.
