The Rohde and Schwarz FSWP26 is a phase noise analyzer and VCO tester that measures phase and amplitude noise simultaneously. The R&S FSWP26 has extremely low noise internal sources and cross correlation technology to deliver extremely high sensitivity for phase noise measurements.
