The Aeroflex 2040 is a precision low-noise RF signal generator covering 10 kHz to 1.35 GHz, with a frequency resolution of 0.1 Hz. It features phase noise down to −140 dBc/Hz at 1 GHz and low spurious emissions of −90 dBc.
It supports AM, FM, and PM modulation, alongside sweep and pulse oscillator modes from 0.1 Hz to 500 kHz. Output levels can be set to +13 dBm or optionally up to +19 dBm.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
