The Amplifier Research 250T6G18 is a broadband traveling wave tube microwave amplifier delivering a minimum of 250 W output power across 6–18 GHz with 54 dB gain; features include front-panel digital display (forward/reflected power), IEEE-488 (GPIB), VSWR protection, gain control, RF sample port, and real-time monitoring of TWT helix current, cathode & collector voltages, and temperature, all in a modular, low-weight switching-mode design.
Designed for EMC RF susceptibility testing, industrial and university R&D, and service applications, it supports AM, FM, and pulse modulation with video pulse capability, low noise density, and robust mismatch tolerance.
