The Amplifier Research 25W1000 RF Amplifier is a solid-state, ultra-broadband amplifier delivering 25 W CW power across 1 MHz to 1 GHz. It ensures CW linear power output of at least 20 W with less than 1.0 dB gain compression, ±1.5 dB flatness (±1.0 dB typical), and a minimum power gain of 45 dB. Input and output impedance are 50 Ohms, with Type N connectors and harmonic distortion of -20 dBc maximum at 20 W.
With a third-order intercept point of 52 dBm typical, the AR 25W1000 provides excellent frequency response from 100 to 1000 MHz, making it ideal for EMC testing, laboratory applications, and RF component evaluation.
