The Amplifier Research 750W1000 is a broadband, air-cooled, solid-state amplifier delivering a minimum of 750W RF output. Operating from 80 to 1000 MHz, it achieves 900W at 3 dB compression and 750W at 1 dB compression with exceptional flatness (±1.5 dB max). Featuring 58.8 dB gain, 25 dB adjustment, 50-ohm input/output, and tolerance for mismatched loads, it faithfully reproduces AM, FM, and pulse modulation while minimizing harmonic distortion to -20 dBc.
Equipped with a Digital Control Panel, the unit offers local and remote operation via GPIB, RS-232, USB, Ethernet, and fiber optic. Applications include RF susceptibility testing, antenna validation, wattmeter calibration, and use as a driver for frequency multipliers.
