The Anritsu 560-98K50 SWR Autotester combines a high directivity bridge, detector, precision termination, and low-reflection test port, operating from 10 MHz to 40 GHz. With directivity of 35 dB (10–18 GHz), 32 dB (19–26.5 GHz), and 30 dB (26.5–40 GHz), it ensures accurate broadband microwave measurements. It offers 6.5 dB nominal insertion loss, 50 Ohm input impedance, and supports up to 0.5 W input power. Equipped with a 4 ft cable and Type K test port connector, it is designed for reliable high-frequency performance.
Designed for use with Anritsu 56400A and 562 Scalar Network Analyzers, as well as 541XXA, 540XXA, and 54XXA measurement systems, the 560-98K50 performs swept and fixed-frequency return loss measurements. It is widely applied for testing amplifiers, couplers, attenuators, filters, splitters, and terminations.
