The Anritsu 68367C, part of the 68C/69B series, delivers high-performance signal generation in a compact 13.3 cm package optimized for A.T.E. applications. It provides broad frequency coverage from 0.1 Hz to 65 GHz, ultra-low SSB phase noise, spurious performance, and +17 dBm guaranteed leveled power up to 20 GHz. With 0.01 dB output steps down to –120 dBm and <5 ms switching time, it ensures precise receiver sensitivity testing and fast throughput.
The Anritsu 68367C supports AM, FM, phase, pulse, scan, and user-defined modulation. Its internal modulation generators offer 7 waveform options, advanced pulse features for radar testing, and Gaussian/uniform noise capabilities for jitter simulation.
