The Anritsu 69167B Synthesized Signal Generator is a microprocessor-based source with high-resolution phase-lock capability, offering a frequency range of 0.01 to 40 GHz. It provides both broad and narrow band sweeps as well as discrete CW frequencies. All functions are fully controllable from the front panel or remotely via the IEEE-488 GPIB interface.
