The Anritsu MS9780A is a diffraction-grating spectrum analyzer designed for optical spectra in the 600 to 1750 nm band. It features a redesigned input section supporting 50/62.5 μm fiber cores, enabling precise measurements of LDs, LEDs, and passive optical components. With -70 dB dynamic range, -90 dBm sensitivity, and 0.07 nm minimum resolution, it ensures high accuracy and reliable optical performance across WDM applications.
The MS9780A supports LD/LED spectral analysis, transmission measurements of isolators, NF/Gain analysis for fiber amplifiers, and optical pulse evaluation. Its stability and diffraction-grating design meet stringent WDM measurement needs, especially around the 1.55 μm band.
