The ASCO Model 2705 (formerly Avtron LPH100) Load Bank is a resistive, compact, portable AC load bank designed for indoor use when 100kW of load is required. Utilizing the leading technology of the SIGMA LT control platform, the ASCO 2705 AC load bank represents the new standard for compact portable load banks. The ASCO 2705 Load Bank features main line circuit fusing, wrong voltage protection (Dual Voltage model only), and over temperature protection. Typical ASCO 2705 load bank applications include mission critical, data centers, rental, service and generator maintenance, OEM's, and renewable energy.
The ASCO Model 2705 portable load banks are designed and manufactured with a number of unique technical features to provide reliable and accurate load testing for any application. Helidyne resistor elements provide extended, reliable performance while segmented ceramic insulators & stainless steel rods provide unmatched element support. Branch Circuit Fuse Protection is provided to limit fault cur and protect components in the unlikely event of a phase to phase or phase to ground short. The ASCO 2705 AC portable load bank is rated at 100 kW at 480 VAC and 93.75 kW at 240 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz. The overall load tolerance of the ASCO AVTRON 2705 load bank is -0, +5%. This ensures that advertised kW is delivered at rated voltage.
