The 8510G module supports LAN/WAN PHY and is capable of testing signals in their native format, such as 10GBASE-xR or 10GBASE-xW, which are typically used for transport of Ethernet-based LAN-to-LAN services. It is also ideal for testing Next-Generation SONET/SDH platforms, hybrid multiplexers, dark fiber or xWDM networks running 10 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. Whether in a manufacturing, lab or R&D environment, EXFO's Packet Blazer series (IQS-8510B/8510G) of modules simplifies and speeds up the development and deployment of Ethernet-based technology.
