It works in three modes - AC (alternating current), Hi-Pot (high potential testing, DC (direct current). Built with a durable, extruded aluminum housing to withstand demanding work conditions, this Hastings 6702 equipped with a coiled, self-retracting cable that extends up to 10 feet for easy use. Hastings 6702 Digital High Voltage Phasing Meter performs self-testing and battery check upon startup for reliable operation and auto-shuts down after 40 minutes of inactivity to conserve battery life.
