The M8062A is a 2-slot AXIe front-end module that extends the J-BERT M8020A to 32.4 Gb/s. It provides integrated adjustable ISI, clock data recovery, analyser equalisation and 8-tap de-emphasis, and is controlled via the M8020A user interface or remote commands.
Available as a full BERT front end (C32) or generator-only (G32), with licences for de-emphasis, ISI, equalisation, clock recovery and transmitter equalisation training for 25GBASE-KR, 100GBASE-KR4 and SAS-3/SAS-4. Used for 100G and data-centre/long-haul device characterisation.
