The Rohde & Schwarz RTB2002 is the 2-channel model of the RTB2000 Series, a bench oscilloscope with a 10-bit ADC, 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen and 10 Mpoints of memory per channel (20 Mpoints interleaved). It samples at 1.25 GS/s, or 2.5 GS/s with channels interleaved, and captures up to 50,000 waveforms per second.
Bandwidth is set by software licence: the RTB2002 starts at 70 MHz and can be upgraded to 100 MHz (RTB-B221), 200 MHz (RTB-B222) or 300 MHz (RTB-B223). Options include 16 digital channels (RTB-B1), an arbitrary waveform and pattern generator (RTB-B6), segmented memory (RTB-K15) and serial bus trigger and decode.
