The Rohde & Schwarz RTP084B is a 8 GHz model of the RTP Series B, the 2022 update of R&S's high-performance oscilloscope. Series B brings a 13.3-inch Full HD touchscreen, a new user interface and 100 Mpoints of memory per channel as standard (up to 3 Gpoints), while keeping the RTP's real-time digital trigger, hardware-accelerated de-embedding and more than 750,000 waveforms per second. It samples at 20 GS/s per channel and 40 GS/s interleaved, with 8-bit resolution (up to 16-bit in HD mode).
The RTP is used for signal integrity, high-speed serial bus, RF and pulse measurements, with hardware clock data recovery up to 16 Gbps for real-time eye diagrams (RTP-K136/K137). Bandwidth upgrades: to 13 or 16 GHz. Tell us the bandwidth, memory and options you need when you request a quote.
