The SHF 11106 A is a multi-channel error analyser for NRZ and PAM4 signals, with one to four differential inputs at 6 to 64 Gb/s NRZ or 6 to 64 GBaud PAM4. It provides BER, Q-factor, jitter and eye contour analysis and is controlled via SHF Control Center software or TCP commands over Ethernet.
Offered in Single, Dual, Triple and Quad 64 configurations; the SHF 11221 A DEMUX extender allows analysis of 120 Gb/s NRZ streams. Typically paired with the SHF 12106 A pattern generator.
