Der Tektronix AFG31051 ist ein 1-Kanal Arbiträr-Funktionsgenerator mit 50 MHz Bandbreite, 500 MSa/s Abtastrate, 16 Mpts Speicher und 14-Bit vertikaler Auflösung. Er liefert 10 Vpp an 50 Ω und enthält standardmäßig ein rückführbares Kalibrierzertifikat.
Zu den Funktionen gehören InstaView™ zur Echtzeitanzeige am DUT, Sequenzierung mit bis zu 256 Schritten, ein 9-Zoll-Touchscreen und der integrierte ArbBuilder zur Bearbeitung von Wellenformen.
