Der Tektronix AFG31102 ist ein zweikanaliger Generator für beliebige Funktionen mit Sinuswellen von 1μHz bis 100MHz, 14-Bit vertikaler Auflösung und einer Ausgangsamplitude von 1mVP-P bis 10VP-P bei 50-Ohm-Lasten. Enthält integrierte Wellenformen und unterstützt AM, FM, PM, FSK und PWM-Modulation.
Mit 16Mpts Speicher pro Kanal, InstaView™-Technologie zur Echtzeitüberwachung und ArbBuilder zur Erstellung komplexer Wellenformen. Sequenzmodus erlaubt Programmierung von bis zu 256 Schritten.
