The Tektronix MSO64B provides the performance to capture the signals of interest while minimizing the effects of unwanted noise when you need to capture high-amplitude signals while seeing smaller signal details.  12-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) provides 16 times the vertical resolution of traditional 8-bit ADCs.  A new High Res mode applies a hardware-based unique Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter based on the selected sample rate. The oscilloscope has a large, high-resolution color display with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to connect to a PC or other devices for data transfer and remote control.
