The ENI 411LA Linear RF Amplifier delivers a robust Class A linear output of 10 W across a true instantaneous bandwidth of 150 kHz to 300 MHz. Utilizing ruggedized MOSFET devices, it provides 40 dB of gain with a typical flatness of ±2.5 dB and features an internal RMS power meter displaying forward and reverse power simultaneously. Designed to withstand input levels up to +13 dBm under all load conditions and to maintain harmonic distortion below -22 dBc, this amplifier ensures low spurious content and excellent thermal stability within a compact 5.2" × 8.1" × 18.1" chassis.
