The Furukawa Fitel S175 Fusion Splicer is designed as one of the fastest and most compact direct core monitoring machines available. It supports Single Mode, Multi Mode, and Dispersion Shift fibers with automatic analysis and program selection. With splice times of 20 seconds and heating in 90 seconds, it ensures high productivity. The unit features a splice loss of 0.02dB (SM), 0.01dB (MM), and 0.04dB (DS), alongside reflection values of -60dB or lower. It also integrates 32 splice programs, customizable settings, and advanced inspection functions for core eccentricity, tilt, end gap, and micro bending, making it a reliable optical splicing solution.
The splicer is optimized for silica-based fibers with coating diameters of 0.25–0.9mm and clad diameters of 0.1–0.15mm. It offers a cleave length of 16mm (optional 10mm) and tension testing up to 440g. Attenuation splicing ranges from 0 to 10dB in 0.1dB steps, with clear display information including estimation loss, finder images, heater status, and ARC counter.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
