The Fluke 5520A-SC1100 is a Fluke 5520A Multi-Product Calibrator fitted with the SC1100 oscilloscope calibration option. Alongside DC and AC voltage up to 1020 V, current up to 20 A, resistance, capacitance and temperature simulation, the SC1100 option adds leveled sine waves up to 1.1 GHz, fast edges and time markers for calibrating oscilloscopes up to 1.1 GHz bandwidth.
