The Fluke 5522A-SC600 is a Fluke 5522A Multi-Product Calibrator fitted with the SC600 oscilloscope calibration option. Alongside DC and AC voltage up to 1020 V, current up to 20 A, resistance, capacitance and temperature simulation, the SC600 option adds leveled sine waves up to 600 MHz, fast edges and time markers for calibrating oscilloscopes up to 600 MHz bandwidth.
