The Fluke 6062A is a high-precision, fully programmable RF signal generator with a frequency range from 100 kHz to 2.1 GHz. It provides fine resolution steps—10 Hz up to 1.05 GHz and 20 Hz beyond—and amplitude accuracy of ±1.5 dB from −127 dBm to +13 dBm. Modulation modes include AM, FM, phase, and pulse, with a gallium arsenide pulse modulator for sharp, clean pulses. It includes a VFD display, optional ovenized frequency standard, and memory functions for store/recall.
