The Fluke 9500B/3600 is a Fluke 9500B Oscilloscope Calibrator configured for 3.6 GHz bandwidth. Using active heads that deliver the signals directly at the oscilloscope input, it calibrates analog and digital oscilloscopes with leveled sine waves, fast edges, time markers and DC/square-wave voltage, and supports automated calibration with MET/CAL software.
