The Fluke 9530 Active Head is a signal-delivery head for the Fluke 9500B Oscilloscope Calibrator, providing signals up to 3.2 GHz and fast edges with 25 ps rise time directly at the oscilloscope input for accurate, repeatable oscilloscope calibration.
