Le Rohde & Schwarz RTE1022 est un oscilloscope numérique double canal haute précision avec une bande passante de 200 MHz et une fréquence d’échantillonnage de 5 GéS/s par canal, utilisant un convertisseur A/N monocoeur offrant jusqu’à 16 bits de résolution verticale. Chaque canal dispose d’une profondeur mémoire de 50 MSa (ou 100 MSa en mode canal unique), accompagné de deux sondes passives 500 MHz pour une mesure complète même à 500 µV/div.
Conçu pour détecter efficacement les défauts de signal, il combine une haute résolution temporelle avec une mémoire profonde et une mise à jour de signal de 1 million d’ondes/s, ainsi qu’un déclenchement numérique précis — parfait pour des diagnostics haute vitesse détaillés.
