Le Rohde and Schwarz RTH1004 Scope Rider est un oscilloscope portable à 4 canaux, 60 MHz, avec un convertisseur ADC 10 bits et un échantillonnage jusqu’à 5 GSa/s. Il permet des mises à niveau de bande passante via un code logiciel et propose 33 mesures automatiques à 50 000 formes d'onde/s.
Ses canaux isolés (CAT IV 600V/CAT III 1000V) et sa plage d’entrée réglable (2 mV/div à 100 V/div) conviennent parfaitement au diagnostic sur site.
