The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1154 is a 1.5 GHz, 4-channel model of the RTE1000 Series, a compact oscilloscope built on the same acquisition and digital trigger technology as the R&S RTO. It samples at 5 GS/s, captures more than one million waveforms per second, has a high-definition mode with up to 16-bit vertical resolution and offers 50 Mpoints/ch of memory per channel as standard, on a 10.4-inch touchscreen.
The RTE is well suited to power electronics, embedded design and serial bus debugging, with options for 16 digital channels (RTE-B1), serial protocol trigger and decode, and power analysis. Tell us the options you need when you request a quote.
