The CR125A is a stand-alone clock recovery instrument covering 150 Mb/s to 12.5 Gb/s, providing a recovered clock for BERTScope, sampling oscilloscopes and other instruments. It offers user control of PLL loop bandwidth (100 kHz to 12 MHz) and peaking, and tracks spread spectrum clocking.
Options add jitter spectrum analysis, PCIe PLL loop analysis and extended loop bandwidth (to 24 MHz) for standards such as USB 3.0, SATA 6G and PCIe Gen 3. It is controlled over USB from a BERTScope or stand-alone PC software.
