Fujikura 90R Mass Fusion Splicer
The Fujikura 90R Mass Fusion Splicer designed for high-volume fiber splicing, particularly suited for mass fusion splicing of ribbon cables. The 90R is capable of splicing up to 16 fiber ribbons and this makes it significantly faster and more efficient for high fiber count applications in data centers, campuses, and metro networks. The Fujikura 90R Mass Fusion Splicer features an easily replaceable V-groove system, which allows customers to install and remove the V-groove very quickly. The 90R user can splice various types (and combination) of ribbon fiber by switching the V-groove spacing between 200μm and 250μm according to the type of optical fiber to be spliced.
Fujikura 90R Mass Fusion Splicer utilizes a wide electrode gap for uniform heating of the ribbon fibers. This allows for precise adjustment of fusion parameters for optimal splicicng across various fiber types and field conditions. With automated splice start, tube heater, wind protector, cleave tracking, and blade rotations for up to two cleavers at a time, this splicer frees up a lot of operator time for other fiber preparation steps. A graphical user interface with large 5.0" touchscreen simplifies operation and provides clear visual feedback. Active Blade Management Technology enables the Fujikura 90R Mass Fusion Splicer to control blade rotation when it considers the blade to be worn. Blade life is displayed on the screen and the 90R informs the user when blade height or position changes, or a new blade is required.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
