The High Voltage, Inc. (HVI) PTS-130 DC Hipot Megohmmeter is a combination of Hipot/HV megohmmeter that allows for dielectric strength and insulation resistance testing as well as leakage or cur measurement to be performed with one versatile instrument saving money, size and weight.  It contains all the features needed for electrical maintenance testing of new or installed electrical apparatus including cable insulation, switchgear, motors, transformers, insulators, generators and more. Its versatility and rugged design make the HVI PTS-130 perfect for field testing applications.
