HIGH VOLTAGE VLF-34E Very Low Frequency Hipot Tester
The High Voltage VLF-34E Very Low Frequency Hipot Tester is the latest generation of VLF AC hipots using an air-cooled, solid state design with microprocessor control. High end features include user programable test sequences, wireless communications, data retrieval and manual or automatic load based output frequency selection. The supplied E-Link PC software offers wireless remote operation, custom report generation, and test data export to .csv. Test programming, data retrieval, and custom PC software are intuitive and easy to learn. This unit is portable, affordable, and designed to withstand years of field use.
The High Voltage VLF-34E Very Low Frequency Hipot Tester 0 €“ 34 kV AC peak/0 €“ 24 kV RMS output voltage meets world standards for maintenance testing up to 25 kV class cable, and its sine wave output pairs easily with the optional tan delta and partial discharge measurement systems. More than just a DC burner like others offer. HVI uses the VLF voltage to continuously charge the cable, in both polarities, letting it discharge its stored energy into the fault while using the VLF's cur output to sustain the arc every half cycle to better burn the fault.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
