The IET Labs 1920 high performance LCR Meter delivers precise impedance measurements across a wide frequency range of 20 Hz to 1 MHz with 0.1% accuracy. It supports 15 impedance parameters, DC resistance measurement, and voltage/current monitoring of devices under test. Its bias voltage capability ranges from 1 mV to 2 V, ideal for capacitor testing and diode junction analysis.
The 1920 LCR Meter features a distinctive sequence test mode, allowing up to six tests to be performed with a single command. Standard interfaces include IEEE-488, RS-232, and handler support, ensuring smooth integration.
