L’Anritsu MT8860C è un set di prova integrato “one‑box” per dispositivi WLAN 802.11, che offre misure ad alta velocità per test di produzione e validazione di progetto. Supporta due modalità operative: Network e Direct. In modalità Network utilizza la segnalazione WLAN standard per esercitare e misurare trasmettitori e ricevitori del DUT. In modalità Direct, MT8860C genera e trasmette pacchetti WLAN per il test del ricevitore e valuta i trasmettitori DUT con l’analizzatore di trasmettitore integrato.
In modalità Direct il DUT è controllato dall’utilità di test fornita dal produttore del silicio. Il controllo e la visualizzazione avvengono tramite il software PC LANLook, che offre un’interfaccia Windows familiare per la configurazione dello strumento e risultati chiari, numerici e grafici, tramite connessione GPIB.
