Il Rohde & Schwarz RTE1022 è un oscilloscopio digitale a 2 canali di alta precisione con banda passante di 200 MHz e campionamento a 5 GSa/s per canale, dotato di convertitore A/D mononucleo con risoluzione verticale fino a 16 bit. Ogni canale dispone di 50 MSa di memoria (100 MSa in modalità singolo canale) e due sonde passive da 500 MHz, garantendo piena larghezza di banda anche a 500 µV/div.
Progettato per individuare rapidamente guasti di segnale, combina alta risoluzione temporale con memoria profonda, tasso di aggiornamento di 1 milione di forme d’onda/s e trigger digitale preciso — ideale per diagnostiche ad alta velocità.
