Il Tektronix TLA614 è un analizzatore logico a 136 canali progettato per la cattura precisa dei segnali in ambienti digitali complessi. Dispone di tecnologia MagniVu a 2 GHz, acquisizione di stato a 200 MHz e analisi simultanea stato/tempo tramite un'unica sonda. Con trigger su glitch/setup-hold, analisi temporale a 500 MHz e supporto codice sorgente, consente una diagnosi approfondita.
Ideale per ingegneri hardware, il TLA614 supporta display interni ed esterni ed è compatibile con software TLA e TLAVu per una revisione efficace dei segnali.
