Il Tektronix TLA7AA4 presenta 136 canali, temporizzazione MagniVu™ a 8 GHz, analisi dello stato a 120 MHz e memoria profonda da 32 Mb per il monitoraggio preciso dei circuiti digitali. Supporta modalità di clock versatili inclusi clock interni e sincroni alla fonte, con risoluzione di temporizzazione a 125 ps per 3,25 giorni.
Ideale per il debug e la validazione, consente analisi simultanee ad alta velocità di temporizzazione, stato e segnali analogici attraverso la stessa sonda. Il sistema di sondaggio a compressione con carico di 0,5 pF riduce al minimo l’invasività nei circuiti.
