The Vectawave VBA1000-1000S is a high-power amplifier operating in the 80-1000MHz range, primarily designed for EMC applications. It delivers approximately 300W P1dB at crucial VHF frequencies and is housed in a compact 4U case. This amplifier is ideal for applications requiring an 18V/m field, and it's equipped with features to enhance power delivery into high VSWR loads. Control options include front panel and remote control through Ethernet, USB, and GPIB interfaces. Its digital interface system manages functions like enabling/disabling, power level monitoring, power supply health checks, and communication with the control computer, while the keypad and display interface allows for state monitoring, power levels, interlock status, and configuration adjustments. The VBA1000-1000S utilizes rugged push-pull Silicon LDMOS technology, operates in Class A for optimal mismatch drive, and meets general linear power requirements.
