The Keithley 2001-TCSCAN offers nine channels of cold-junction compensated temperature, voltage, resistance, and frequency measurements for compatible DMMs like 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2010. It enables direct temperature readings via 2- or 4-wire RTDs (excluding Model 2000). Advanced Trigger-Link technology ensures multi-instrument synchronization.
With DC voltage resolution from 10nV to 1100V and frequency range of 1Hz to 15MHz, this module is engineered for precision lab applications.
