The Keithley 2001 is a 7½-digit high-performance digital multimeter with a dual-line display and extensive measurement functions, including DC and AC voltage and current, resistance, frequency and temperature. Its high resolution and low noise suit metrology, research and calibration labs as well as precision production test. Optional internal scanner cards (2001-SCAN and 2001-TCSCAN) add multi-channel capability, and the instrument is controlled via GPIB.
