The Keithley 220 Current Source is a programmable unit delivering precision DC current from 2nA to 100mA with selectable voltage compliance up to 105V in 1V steps. It features 100 memory locations for storing programming data such as source, voltage limit, and dwell time, providing high flexibility in test setups. Ideal for biasing transistor gates, hall effect measurements, and resistance testing with high output resistance of 10^14Ω.
With compatibility to IEEE-488 interface systems, the Keithley 220 integrates seamlessly into automated measurement setups, enabling low-noise, accurate current sourcing where voltage control is secondary.
