The Keithley 236 Source Measure Unit integrates voltage and current sourcing with simultaneous measurement capabilities. It functions as four instruments in one: voltage source, current source, voltage meter, and current meter. Users can configure custom voltage or current sweeps using CREATE, APPEND, and MODIFY waveform operations. It supports voltage sourcing from 100 µV to 110 V, current sourcing from 100 fA to 100 mA, and precise measurement ranges for both voltage and current, down to 10 µV and 10 fA respectively.
Designed for flexibility, the Keithley 236 offers 3-lug triaxial output connectors and BNC(f) trigger I/O, with IEEE-488 interface for easy integration. It ensures stable performance into loads up to 20,000 pF.
