The Keithley 2400-LV is the low-voltage version of the 2400 SourceMeter, sourcing and measuring up to ±21 V and ±1.05 A with 22 W output. It combines a precision voltage/current source with a 5½-digit DMM, making it a cost-effective choice for I-V characterisation of low-voltage devices such as diodes, LEDs, transistors and resistive components. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces with SCPI programming allow easy integration into automated test systems.
