The Keithley 2410 is a high-voltage member of the 2400 SourceMeter family, sourcing and measuring up to 1100 V and up to 1 A at lower voltages, with 20 W output. It combines a precision voltage/current source with a 5½-digit DMM, making it ideal for breakdown, leakage and insulation-resistance testing of semiconductors, varistors and passive components. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces support integration into automated test systems.
