The Keithley 2510-AT Autotuning TEC SourceMeter (SMU) provides 50W power across a single channel with up to 5A current and 10V voltage ranges. It features autotuning thermal loop control, fully digital P-I-D regulation, and active temperature control for advanced thermal management. Designed to support thermistors, RTDs, and IC sensors, it offers high setpoint accuracy (±0.001°C) and stability (±0.005°C).
This SourceMeter includes AC Ohms measurement and a wide temperature setpoint range from –50°C to 225°C. It is equipped with IEEE-488 and RS-232 interfaces for seamless integration in automated test environments.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
