The Keithley 2604B is a dual-channel benchtop SourceMeter in the 2600B family, rated to 40 V, 3 A DC and 10 A pulsed per channel. It offers the same precision source-measure performance and TSP scripting as the 2600B system models, in a cost-effective configuration for bench I-V characterisation of discrete devices, LEDs and power components.
