The Keithley 2606B is a four-channel System SourceMeter in a 1U chassis, with each channel rated to 20 V and 3 A DC (10 A pulsed). Its high channel density and TSP scripting make it ideal for parallel production testing of optoelectronic devices such as laser diodes and VCSELs, as well as other multi-device I-V applications where rack space is limited.
