The Keithley 2611B SourceMeter is a powerful instrument integrating a 200W, 10A single channel for precision DC, pulse, and low-frequency AC measurements. With a resolution of 100fA / 100nV and voltage/current range up to 200V/10A, it consolidates a precision power supply, current source, 6½ digit multimeter, pulse generator, waveform generator, electronic load, and trigger controller.
